Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Outapply provides tools to:
- ingest job opportunities you provide (including via connected email),
- analyze and score role fit,
- generate tailored application documents (CV/resume) as DOCX.
Outapply does not send applications on your behalf at this time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
4. Accounts
You agree to:
- provide accurate information,
- keep credentials secure,
- be responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions, usage quotas, and billing
- Billing is handled by Stripe.
- Plans include monthly quotas (Free: 5 fit scores; Pro: unlimited scoring with a 50/day rate, 100 tailored CVs, and 100 cover letters) as displayed at checkout.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- No refunds, except where required by law.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
6. User Content and license
You own your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Outapply a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display it only to provide and improve the Services.
You represent you have the rights to provide the content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
7. Generated Content
You own the Generated Content created for you. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated documents before use.
8. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- violate laws or regulations,
- infringe rights or upload unlawful content,
- scrape/crawl/attack the Services,
- abuse email ingestion,
- harass, impersonate, or defraud others,
- transmit malware.
9. Third-party services
The Services integrate with third parties (for example: Google, Stripe, email providers, OpenAI). Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- employment outcomes,
- accuracy of job listings,
- error-free outputs,
- uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outapply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Outapply in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Outapply harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services anytime and request deletion by contacting [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security reasons, or legal compliance.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law and disputes are subject to the competent courts in France.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date.
